Click and Collect

If you wish to collect your order, please select this option at ‘Checkout’. When i receive your order I will process it as soon as possible and notify you when it is ready for collection. This is usually the same day, and as I live above the shop you can normally even collect outside of my normal opening times, I will offer you a range of collection opportunities with your ‘Order Ready for Collection’ notification.

Delivery

I use an intermediary courier service supplier, as such your delivery may be delivered by Fedex, DPD, UPS, ParcelForce etc. You will get notification from Breeze Woodturning to confirm your order has been shipped, the courier company may also notify you to advise you of delivery dates, times etc. To facilitate this your details need to be passed to the courier company. For details of how your information is used and stored please refer to the Privacy Policy below.

I will process and ship your order as promptly as possible, I generally dispatch orders Tuesday to Friday, orders placed after 1pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be processed on Tuesday and are normally shipped the same day, subject to courier availability. I charge a flat rate fee of £4.13 ex vat (£4.95 including vat at 20%) for orders under £100.00, unless otherwise specified, if I can ship your order cheaper then I will at my discretion refund part of the shipping fee after you have placed your order, orders over £100.00 are free delivery, both rates are for UK mainland delivery Zone 1. Standard Shipping orders should be delivered 1 to 2 days after dispatch, but are not Guaranteed.

There may be additional charges to deliver to these Postcode areas, please place your order as normal, I will try and dispatch your order under my Flat Rate Fee, if there is a surcharge I will contact you as soon as possible, then you will have the option of paying the surcharge or cancelling your order.

I do not ship to outside of the United Kingdom

Please check your delivery for damage when it arrives and before signing for it, as the courier insurance is only valid until you sign for your delivery. Once signed for, a claim for any damaged goods may not be available.
