Ashley Iles Bead Forming Tools are now available in 3 sizes and come handled and ready to use. They are used with the flute down on the toolrest!!, mark out the position of your bead or beads, with the flute down and the handle low, cutting on the centre line, simply push the tool in to start forming the bead, a centre roll of the tool clockwise and anti clockwise can ease the cut, normally I leave a small micro flat at the crown of the bead and round it off with the first abrasive, this prevents the crown being plucked off if you try and create the full bead with the tool.

6mm-1/4"
9mm-3/8"
Total length of the tool with the handle is approximately 350mm-14"
